If you thrive on turning blueprints into reality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.**What You’ll Do:*** Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)* Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects* Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery* Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs* Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement* Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success**What You Bring:*** **3–5 years of experience** in multi-family or commercial construction estimating* Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs* Familiarity with **Planswift** or Excel for estimating* Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes* Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills* Strong communication and collaboration abilities**Why You’ll Love Working Here:**We don’t just build structures—we build careers.
