We’re a family in the 78209 (Alamo Heights) area looking for a dependable, structured, and kind nanny to support our two boys after school. We value strong communication, consistency, and a calm but engaging presence in our home. We’re hoping to find someone long‑term who will become a steady, positive part of our boys’ daily routine.
Our sons are energetic, curious, and full of personality. One thrives with sports and outdoor play, while the other loves creativity, conversation, and hands‑on activities. Both enjoy reading, exploring outside, and staying busy. Like most siblings, they sometimes need help navigating emotions and conflict, so we’re looking for someone confident guiding those moments with patience and structure.

What You’ll Do
School pick‑ups and safe transportation
Prepare and serve dinner for the boys
Support homework and after‑school routines
Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities
Reinforce expectations and consistent boundaries
Help guide sibling conflict calmly and confidently
Light child‑related clean‑up
Who We’re Looking For
Prior nanny or structured childcare experience
Organized, proactive, and confident leading routines
Strong communicator
Enjoys being active and outdoors
Comfortable with gentle redirection and consistency
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
