Castle Consulting is hiring for a Professional In-Office position that is responsible for the initial call and contact of clients seeking legal representation. It is mandatory you possess excellent communication skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional attire, the ability to ETHICALLY feature benefit our services and comfortable discussing client's finances. The candidate(s) must be willing to work hard, be aggressive, and a self starter. If you are not meeting with a client you are taking incoming calls from potential clients or you are calling clients that have already been to the office.
Responsibilities
Professionally & accurately screen all inbound inquiries to determine if case is suitable for firm
Aggressively monitor and handle all potential new client inquiries
Immediately make contact and establish rapport with all potential new client inquiries
Schedule Free Consultation for the same or next day
Relentlessly follow up of all inquiries
Professionally conduct all Free Consultations taking copious notes to review with Supervising Attorney
Accurately update CRM system
Follow instruction from immediate supervisor and Supervising Attorneys
Discuss finances with potential client to workout payment for legal services
Must haves
Ability to Close the Sale
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
Experience working in Criminal or Immigration law firm
Client first mentality
Effective listening skills with high level of empathy
Ability to probe and correctly identify client's needs & concerns
Effective communication skills-in person and over the phone
Proven ability in objection handling techniques
Self-motivated with a pleasant, upbeat, energetic personality
Beyond reproach ethical standards
Professional attitude, attire, and appearance
Be able to genuinely empathize with potential clients
Bilingual Spanish & English Preferred
Compensation Salary - plus monthly performance bonus - Six Figure potential
