Launch your career by earning your Property & Casualty license, followed immediately by an immersive 4‑month deep dive with our sales team to master the complexities of the industry. Once you’ve built that foundation, you’ll fast‑track directly into our Business Development program, where you will apply your knowledge to drive real growth and success. From there, your day will consist of connecting with current and potential business partners to resolve their questions, meet their needs, and cultivate long‑lasting partnerships. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and bring a goal‑oriented focus to each workday.
Ultimately, you will help build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top‑notch client experiences during the insurance process.

What you’ll do…
Cultivate long‑lasting relationships with current and prospective partners
Collaborate with partners on business strategies and assist in implementation
Set‑up multiple face‑to‑face meetings over the course of each day
Use strong communication and goal‑orientation skills to achieve KPIs
Execute our differentiation strategy in your market
Daily networking to build customer base for lead generation
Capture daily activity within market on CRM
Requirements
Consistently schedule and attend business meetings to deliver and exceed KPIs
Positively embrace change with a growth mindset while working in a startup environment
Discover, collaborate, and share best practices for growth with your peers
Problem solve and enjoy the challenge of overcoming obstacles and finding new solutions
Are a hungry go‑getter who likes to network and build territories to grow lead generation within a market
Are open to two‑way feedback and coaching, your success is our success!
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or more than 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
Insurance experience is not required
Strong computer, decision making, time management, and organizational skills
You have a valid driver’s license and a dependable personal vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary ($60k) plus bonus incentives
1st year average earnings $65k+
