Meade Lexus of Lakeside, part of the MAP Automotive Group, is seeking a professional, motivated Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional guest experience. If you’re coachable, consistent, and take pride in your work, we provide the training, support, and structure to help you succeed in luxury automotive sales.

What You Will Do
Build lasting guest relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Use a consultative approach by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending the right Lexus
Learn Lexus models, features, and technology to serve as a knowledgeable product resource
Deliver professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Maintain consistent follow-up to support guest satisfaction and move opportunities forward
Address questions, overcome objections, and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Partner with leadership on daily activity, goals, and ongoing development
What We Are Looking For Required
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive not required)
Strong communication skills and a service-focused mindset
Professional appearance and positive, coachable attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Experience in retail, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
Comfortable working toward goals in a structured, team-oriented environment
