United Talent Staffing is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in Kanawha Valley with experience.
Job Requirements
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding home repair and maintenance services
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
Provide customers with service estimates, pricing information, and timelines
Collected and documented detailed job descriptions to ensure accurate work orders
Maintain customer records, invoices, and service history in company database
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Communicate with technicians to update customers on arrival times and job status
Manage daily scheduling to maximize technician efficiency and productivity
Assist with upselling additional services when appropriate
Maintain a friendly, professional tone to build strong customer relationships
Pay and Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, pay starts at $17 per hour.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation.
Previous experience in a front office or Customer Service role.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to multi-task.
General construction knowledge.
Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer & software knowledge (Microsoft Suite).
High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Strong sales skills are a plus.
