Heavy Industrial Construction Estimator

What You'll Do
Calculate comprehensive cost estimate (time, labor, materials, equipment) for projects.
Participate in bid walks and visualize complex industrial installations.
Perform detailed material takeoffs from blueprints and construction documents for heavy industrial projects
Coordinate the bid process, including reviewing bids and validating scopes of work.
Compiling and recording actual costs
Proficient with MS Excel and estimating software.
Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review
Territory:
Industrial clients within a 60-mile radius of Beaufort
Bonus:
You'll be home with your family every evening.

Competitive Pay:
$81,120 - 87,360 base + quarterly bonus
Company Vehicle:
Truck + fuel card (drive to/from home)
Flexible Start:
~50% of days start directly at local job sites
Full Benefits:

Who We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on construction experience
2+ years of estimating experience in heavy industrial environments
Strong knowledge of industrial systems & construction practices
Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Team player with ownership and pride in their work
