About the Role Do you like being on a team and engaging with end users to quickly solve technical issues with IT services and communication? Do you enjoy working in a time-sensitive environment, finding solutions and delighting end users?

B2B Integration Analysts serve on a customer-centric second-level IT support team, responsible for analyzing and resolving challenges with our Sterling Integrator application and end user communications. They are also responsible for working with IT development teams to ensure the company’s applications are developed, tested, and performing as expected. Responsibilities

Assist members and vendors via telephone and email with electronic communications

Participate in an after hours cell phone rotation

Participate, as needed, in project meetings either as part of the team or in a consulting role

Facilitate enterprise data communications with business partners including all members, vendors, Value Added Networks, financial, and Point of Sale communications, as well as, internal electronic communications

Coordinate and oversee the addition of members and vendors to existing EDI transaction sets

Coordinate and oversee the addition of members and vendors to the Do it Best dataXchange service

Develop and provide user documentation, procedures, and technical specifications

Develop and maintain Product vendor qualifications

Develop and maintain Point of Sale vendor qualifications

Develop new and redevelop existing EDI transactions as needed

Design, develop, and maintain Business Processes and maps using the Sterling Integrator software

Design new or reformatted application files and layouts in support of member and vendor communication

Thoroughly test EDI transaction maps, SI business processes, and review EDI test files and data

Attend Do it Best trade shows, as needed, to support various business applications/programs

Install and test upgrades to current software

Provide after-hours support through on-call, rotational assignment and assist with emergent escalation as needed

Serve on response teams for High Response Events requiring immediate attention to restore business critical operations

Support a culture of teamwork, collaboration and proficiency within the team

Required Education and Experience

Degree in an IT related field or 1-5 years of relevant work experience

Ability to work independently and with Do it Best staff on various integration and IT projects

Experience with computer communication protocols

Knowledge of personal computers, servers, databases, and file structures

Experience with FTP/SFTP/ftps protocols

Experience with a large variety of Internet protocols

Experience with CSV format

Understanding of Windows Operating System

Preferred Education and Experience

Understanding of Linux Operating System

Familiar with proper testing procedures

Familiar with team collaboration and productivity tools, such as Google Workplace, Trello, Slack, etc.
