The assistant superintendent will partner with the Superintendent to direct and coordinate golf course maintenance activities such as maintaining quality course condition quality; selecting, developing, and retaining employees; and exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of turfgrass management principles, including irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
Experience operating and maintaining golf course maintenance equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
