Immigration Paralegal
We are seeking a paralegal with 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world. Candidate must be California based.
Responsibilities focus on assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non-immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions. Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases. We will train from the ground up, offering insight into the law behind the processes and best practices to ensure success for our clients.
Requirements: BS/BA degree, clear written and oral communication, strong aptitude for persuasive writing, a focus on attention to detail, and efficient time management.
Candidate must be organized, must be able to prioritize and multi-task, possess excellent English communication and client service skills, possess experience in MS Suite and must enjoy working in a team environment. Salary range:In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected base salary range for this position is between $57,000-$71,000 depending on experience
