Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a talented paralegal to join our strong team of commercial real estate and lending attorneys and paralegals in the Charlotte office. The position requires an understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions, as well as excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing title and survey documents, including reviewing title examinations; review and preparation of legal descriptions
Review of draft closing documents for real estate transactions
Due diligence reviews of property documents, surveys and title insurance commitments
Pre-closing and closing management of real estate projects and loans
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior commercial real estate experience in law firm environment preferred
Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize project requirements
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a client focus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
