Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to serve as the primary legal and contract resource for the organization. This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, supporting contract management, compliance initiatives, and internal legal processes while collaborating with external legal counsel as needed. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the internal point of contact for legal and contract-related matters Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, including renewals and tracking Review, revise, and redline NDAs, partner agreements, SLAs, and standard contracts Maintain and organize contract and legal documentation systems Greet visitors and answer phones Support updates to privacy policies, disclaimers, and compliance materials Develop and improve legal workflows and internal documentation Prepare internal memos and reports related to contract activity Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Paralegal Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems Proven ability to operate independently as a standalone legal resource Strong contract redlining and document review experience Schedule: 40 hours per week during standard business hours Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office) Department Structure: Independent role with leadership support and access to external legal counsel Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
