Call Center - Customer Service Representative
Salary: $18 - $23/hour + weekly bonus
Work Schedule: candidates must be available for at least one weekend shift.

Qualifications & Skills:
Must have 2+ years of CSR experience
Call Center experience 1+ years
Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)
Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including MS Word, email, and CMS is a plus
Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
Ability to multitask
Strong attendance
Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
