About the Role Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce environment across users, features, and integrations. This role is both strategic and hands‑on — perfect for someone who enjoys translating business needs into clean, efficient Salesforce solutions.
You’ll manage system configuration, drive new enhancements, maintain data integrity, and support end‑users across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce administration including user setup, security, permissions, and profiles
Build and optimize automation using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and other declarative tools
Support dashboards, reporting, page layouts, and object configuration
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Review and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy across the platform
Support integrations and work with technical teams on system connections
Troubleshoot user issues and provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
Assist with system enhancements, release readiness, and new feature rollout
What You Bring
2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and best practices
Hands‑on experience with Flows, reports, dashboards, object/field management, and permissioning
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or APIs is a plus
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to support users across technical skill levels
Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for clean data and system optimization
