A Day in the Life The Property Manager/Inspector will be responsible for assigned rentals homes. This position will ensure that all assigned homes meet and/or exceed appearance and cleanliness standards as set by Holiday Beach Rentals. Act as a point of contact for all guests; answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their experience.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Guest Liaisons will be responsible for greeting guests at arrival and going over operation of house specific features… After guests check in, addressing guest issues/requests during the stay.

Maintain property appearance, inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned properties.

Ensure interiors and exteriors are completed, set for guest arrival and up to our company standards.

Perform inspections prior to guest arrivals and departures and after cleans have been performed.

Guest Liaisons are accountable for the final condition of the property once inspection is completed. If issues are identified after the inspection has been approved, the Guest Liaison is responsible for ensuring those items are corrected and may not defer responsibility back to the cleaning team once the clean has been passed.

Be ready to perform assisted check‑ins and check‑out should a guest request one.

Responsible for finding solutions to guest concerns regarding the property condition and requests in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction with the company.

Communicating with head cleaners, maintenance manager, owner liaison and operations manager regarding needs for the houses reported by guests.

If guests are coming in for a special event/occasion or a repeat guest, put a gift in the house for the guest.

Coordinate grocery, baby gear and other deliveries on guest behalf. Ensure rental gear is picked up by company after guest departure. Call guest prior to confirm details.

Arrange and confirm add‑on services prior to arrival, e.g. – grocery delivery, beach chairs, tours, and shuttle.

Perform routine property inspections and light cleaning as required. In certain circumstances, the role may also require assisting with deep cleaning activities (e.g., during turnovers or special situations).

Exhaust all effort to resolve the home/maintenance issue prior to assessing urgency and assigning to the appropriate department for example landscaping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or maintenance.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Work Days We are open 7 days per week however 2 days off are scheduled each week

Weekend shifts are required

Rotating on call schedule to address any in‑house guest issues that come in after 5:00 PM from the answering service.

Holidays are required if scheduled to work

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid driver's license

Team player - willing to jump in and help others as needed

Comfortable in a fast‑paced work environment handling multiple priorities

Must be able to work all weekends. Weekends are required.

Maintain a positive attitude and exude enthusiasm

Attention to detail - quick to notice cleanliness, items out of place/missing, broken, etc.

Must know inner workings of houses on rental program, how to look at and make notes in existing reservations, add additional services and collect payment on existing reservations.

Physical Requirements

Able to walk up multiple flights of stairs, daily

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift up to 20 lbs - able to carry items from vehicle into the home and upstairs if needed
