Description Of Work The primary function of the program analyst is to provide comprehensive program monitoring for assigned agencies inclusive of onsite and/or virtual desktop reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state rules and contract provisions. This position is responsible for grantee on‑site/virtual monitoring (inclusive of administrative structure, functions, bylaws, policies and procedures, programmatic operations inclusive of participant eligibility and outcomes verification, application/amendment/contract review and preparation, performance reports and technical assistance).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities / Management Preferences

Experience interpreting policy guidance related to agency operations to ensure compliance.

Demonstrated ability to compile, analyze and summarize programmatic data for assessing agency capacity.

Demonstrated knowledge and functional use of Microsoft Office Suite Software.

Salary Grade Range $47,703.00 – $83,479.00

Recruitment Range $47,703.00 – $50,000.00

Minimum Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, political science, business administration, public administration, or related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience related to the specific program assignment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
