Position Overview This is a
full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation
role in an
Inpatient Rehab
setting—widely regarded as one of the most challenging and rewarding areas in healthcare. In this environment, your therapy team works with patients during the most critical phase of their recovery. Over a typical
3–4 week length of stay , your leadership helps guide patients through significant progress toward returning home and reclaiming their independence. Your team treats a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac populations, with therapists seeing
5-6 patients per day . We are seeking a
servant leader —someone deeply committed to patient care, team development, and long-term career growth. This is not a role for someone seeking “just a job,” but for a leader looking to make a lasting impact.
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in a therapy discipline ( PT, OT, or SLP )
Degree examples include
DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT , etc.
Active
California therapy license
or ability to obtain one
3+ years of direct patient care experience
as a therapist
Inpatient Rehabilitation experience
preferred
Prior leadership experience required, preferably as a
Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
Strong accountability and team leadership skills
