Position Overview We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneur-minded Relationship Development Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in your territory. If you’re a hunter with a heart—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in a white-glove service approach—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals

Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals for inspections, testing, and monitoring across our suite of offerings (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, generators etc.)

Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to prospective clients

Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams

Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs

Partner with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in fire life safety, building services, or B2B service industries

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Self-starter with high accountability and a team-oriented mindset

Knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations is a plus
