EXPORT Customer Service Rep Location
Houston, TX 77058 (Clear Lake Area – very close to University of Houston Clear Lake Campus, and the Bay Port Industrial area) Duration

Monday to Friday, onsite 40 hours a week – 8 AM to 5 PM Pay Rate
$34.00/hr on W2 Responsibilities
Work closely with other Export CSRs and process purchase orders from foreign agents, customers or other Kuraray entities outside the U.S. Communicate effectively and efficiently with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers for shipments. Accurately enter data from purchase orders into the system to create sales orders. Read orders and prepare shipments according to current order/pallet/shipment procedures. Monitor, track and trace orders, keeping key personnel informed of each order status. Track export containers and monitor shipments with available tools. Manage heavy data entry and transactional workload that fluctuates daily, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Maintain a sense of urgency throughout the process and information handling. Qualifications
Export knowledge to complete order entry and total order function in the exporting area. Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including moderate level Excel use. Background knowledge of inventory processes and product management. Experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping. Customer service skills; organized, able to multitask, and people‑oriented. Detail‑oriented and accurate data entry abilities. Excellent communication skills, able to interact with all levels of colleagues and multiple departments. Knowledge of exporting process and familiarity with Incoterms 2020. Experience in shipping and distribution, and overall supply chain and exporting processes from the U.S. Basic accounting knowledge and ability to contribute in a corporate setting. This temporary position is for an EXPORT Customer Service Rep who will follow established export processes, work closely with other Export CSRs, and provide exceptional customer service and data accuracy.
