As a Vacation Rental Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of vacation rental properties in Key Largo, FL. Responsibilities include supervising property maintenance, coordinating with owners and guests, handling bookings, supervising employees and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will manage communication with vendors, oversee cleaning and repairs, and ensure properties meet high-quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, coordination, and guest relations, ensuring outstanding customer service
Knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management, and rental operations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in communication and the use of property management software
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Experience in the real estate and vacation rental industry is required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
At least 10 years of experience in the real estate and vacation rental industry
