Director, Supply Chain Business Intelligence

* **Experience:** 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, data science, or supply chain planning, with 5–7 years in people and analytics leadership roles* **Supply Chain Expertise:** Strong end-to-end understanding of demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics processe* **Analytics & Modeling Skills:** Advanced capability in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, including scenario modeling and optimization* **Planning Knowledge:** Strong understanding of S&OP processes and how analytics supports executive decision-making* **Certifications:** Masters Degree in Data Science/APICS CPIM / CSCP preferred; Lean, Six Sigma, or analytics certifications strongly preferred* **Systems & Tools:** Highly proficient in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and supply chain systems; SAP experience required* **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to connect analytics to business strategy and operational execution* **Business Partnership & Influence:** Proven ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights* **Communication Skills:** Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations* **Leadership & People Development:** Experience building and leading high-performing analytics teams* **Problem-Solving Mindset:** Curious, structured, and solutions-oriented; comfortable navigating ambiguity* **Financial Acumen:** Ability to quantify financial impact related to inventory, service, cost, and working capital #J-18808-Ljbffr
