Principal Talent Access Partner
to our North America team. This role will be based at our Needham, MA Headquarters, via a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite).

Head of Talent Access Delivery - North America
As part of the Talent Access Team, the Principal Talent Access Partner will be a business partner to hiring managers and business leaders to assess talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Access team is client-facing and dedicated to all SharkNinja business units. The Principal Talent Access Partner will define and execute sourcing strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool, partner with the hiring manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and represent SharkNinja to access, assess, and hire qualified candidates. All Talent Access Partners will raise attractiveness issues to the Talent Access Leadership Team to ensure quality hiring based on our Success Drivers and Leadership Principles. The role also represents People & Culture on committees and workgroups responsible for recruitment tools and strategies and recommends decisions on recruitment resources and strategy. The Principal Talent Access Partner serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be able to partner with hiring managers and other members of the hiring team to develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
Serve as a valued business partner with expertise in Talent Access across multiple specialty areas.
Support and partner with Executive Leadership Team members, SVP, VP, and all levels within business units.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to build Unstoppable Teams.
Provide counsel and take a consultative approach with Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions and throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with senior leadership to prioritize recruitment needs.
Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess candidates via telephone/virtual interviews, manage the interview process, debrief with hiring teams, and negotiate offers.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, People & Culture colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Consult and advise managers on hiring decisions and negotiations.
Partner with Finance & Compensation to ensure internal and external market equity.
Provide recommendations on outreach events and recruitment tools; participate in recruitment-related events.
Raise attractiveness issues to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Talent Access Leadership Team.
Document activities via the ATS (Greenhouse) and assist with reporting as needed.

Qualifications Required Attributes & Skills
5+ years recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
Extensive technical recruiting experience.
Adept at building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Experience in startup or hypergrowth environments; preferably in the Consumer Product Industry.
Preferred Attributes & Skills
Experience using Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System or comparable.
Experience recruiting C-Suite/Director+ level positions within a corporate environment.
