The Sheldon B. Lubar College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee invites applications for a Director, Certificate in Financial Planning, to begin on August 24, 2026. Candidate may start in July to prepare prior to the start of the fall semester. Candidate to be appointed at the level of Teaching Professor, Associate, or Assistant, based on qualifications and experience.This is a full-time, 9-month position. Theteach finance courses and serve as the Director of the Certificate in Financial Planning. The role will involve teaching a 3-course load (9 credit hours) for the fall and spring semesters with at least 3 credit hours in the financial planning certificate, recruiting and placement of students, working with a board of advisors, managing the resources and budget, managing experiential learning projects, and working on other matters for the Certificate in Financial Planning and
primary responsibilities in this position will be to , which include being a CFP professional, or holding a graduate degree in financial planning or a related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university, or holding a graduate degree related to education or adult education, or being the head of the continuing/professional education department of the college university, or meeting one of the eligibility requirements for Accelerated Path.
