What You’ll Do
Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (no cold calls).
Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales.
Train directly with top leaders and develop management skills.
Set the standard for performance and team culture.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales or leadership experience (home improvement or B2C preferred).
Strong communication and closing skills.
Ambitious, coachable, and leadership-focused.
