Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Territory Manager in the San Francisco and San Jose area! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment! If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for a TerritoryManager with a “Hunter Mentality”.
This role would oversee a territory covering the peninsula up to San Francisco and down into northern San Jose. The Territory Manager will receive outstanding company perks and benefits and unlimited earning potential. If you meet these qualifications, we want to hear from you today!
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Fremont branch office
Compensation
$60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus
Commission averages $40,000 the first year
Guaranteed commission of $20,000 for the first 6 months (approximately $3,333 per month)
Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 plus additional bonus opportunities throughout the year
Total annual compensation averages $110-115,000 in the first year

Qualifications
Industrial sales experience (capital equipment is a plus but not required)
Experience with prospecting and building new business
