What you will do?
Masterfully managing the entire event delivery lifecycle: strategic intake → meticulous planning → flawless execution → comprehensive post‑event analysis and optimization
Building event project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution checklists
Coordinating cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, partners) to ensure readiness
Managing vendors, venues, logistics, shipping, production, and onsite execution
Creating clarity through documentation: agendas, run‑of‑show, staffing plans, and post‑event recaps
Ensuring consistent processes, tools, and templates across brands and event types
Driving smooth handoffs, proactive communication, and risk management so teams stay aligned
Measuring event delivery performance (timelines, budget adherence, operational quality) and improving processes over time
What you bring to the table!
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex, large‑scale event experiences across diverse formats: international trade shows, high‑stakes corporate hosted events, strategic customer conferences, and collaborative partner summits
Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially across teams and time zones
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, budgets, contracts, timelines, and onsite operations
Ability to anticipate issues early and proactively solve them with calm, structured execution
A documentation‑first mindset: you create clarity, alignment, and accountability through systems and planning
