Accountabilities
Draft and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements
Collaborate with legal and internal teams to provide legal counsel on new projects
Assist with special projects to support the legal department
Work with external legal advisors as necessary
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of legal experience
JD degree required
Experience in the fintech payments industry
Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Admission to at least one US state bar
Basic understanding of privacy laws and regulations
