The bidder must have a professional Designation in any one of the following
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certified General Accountant (CGA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
The bidder must within the past ten (10) years have a minimum of eight (8) cumulative years of information technology and systems audit experience.
