Senior Product Designer UX-Customer Web . The right candidate will lead the design and optimization of customer-facing digital experiences across web platforms. This role transforms business goals, brand strategy, and user insights into intuitive, conversion-focused experiences that enhance engagement and usability throughout the customer journey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design for customer-facing web experiences, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design execution
Translate marketing objectives, brand strategy, and customer insights into intuitive navigation, layouts, and interaction models that support engagement and conversion
Collaborate with product managers, developers, content strategists, and digital marketing teams to deliver cohesive web experiences aligned with business goals
Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that support responsive and accessible web design standards
Apply and evolve enterprise design systems, visual standards, and accessibility guidelines to maintain consistency across customer web platforms
Leverage analytics, A/B testing insights, and user feedback to continuously improve performance, usability, and conversion outcomes
Optimize designs for SEO, performance, and cross-device responsiveness while ensuring alignment with technical and platform constraints
Provide strategic UX consultation by identifying opportunities to improve digital journeys, reduce friction, and enhance overall customer experience
Contribute to digital campaign initiatives, landing page optimization, and new feature launches that enhance the customer web ecosystem
Support documentation and governance efforts related to UX standards, design patterns, and web experience guidelines
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to travel overnight
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or equivalent field required
6–8+ years of progressive UX or product design experience focused on customer-facing websites or digital platforms
Extensive showcase portfolio featuring innovative, complex products that have shipped
Advanced understanding of web UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital marketing best practices
Strong interaction design and visual problem-solving skills with proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
Ability to balance brand storytelling, usability, and conversion performance when designing customer-facing web experiences
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
The noise level is generally moderate
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with analytics tools, CRO practices, and customer journey optimization strategies
Experience working within Agile or product-driven digital teams
Figma experience strongly preferred
