Eagle Ottawa Thailand (EOT) Finishing & Cutting plant construction has been newly completed in 2011, which is located in Rayong. There’re more than 600 employees in this plant.
The Role Key responsibilities include the following:
Project on Time – work with team to support customer order in pre-production. The shipment can be arranged as commitment.
Quality – work with team to get all necessary quality requirements to support pre-production and make sure the product meet customer requirements (including packing requirement).
Safety – 0 accident.
5S at workplace maintain to standard.
Enhance team for Kaizen activity.
APQP cutting, support Sr. Launch supervisor / Launch Engineer to conduct production readiness (Cutting & SOP).
APQP cutting, support Sr. Launch Supervisor/ Launch Officer to conduct 1st shipment audit (Preproduction and 1st shipment).
APQP finishing, coordinate with finishing, final color, and lab to review 1st production trial runs.
Support Launch Engineering and production for prototype and pre-production build as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Assistance Program manager for support Launch Gate to success schedule and Goal.
Customer and order management and program planning for Pre-Production stage.
Ensure the sales order processing meet both internal and external customers’ 100% satisfaction through timely relentless coordination and communication. Track critical shipments and elevate issues as necessary.
Communicate critical customer issues to Launch Manager and Commercial Manager.
Qualifications
University degree major in Engineering or related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CAD, Solid Work.
Excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or Production scheduling or Launch leader.
Good spoken and written English.
