
Responsibilities
Write, edit, and refine compelling, consumer-facing copy across digital and print channels, including product descriptions, campaigns, and brand storytelling content.
Apply rigorous editorial standards to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar excellence, and alignment with brand tone across all deliverables.
Provide thoughtful line editing and structural recommendations to strengthen narrative flow, persuasion, and overall effectiveness.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for language quality, acting as a gatekeeper to uphold copy standards across all creative outputs.
Champion and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while allowing for nuance by channel and audience.
Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen brand voice through language, storytelling, and tone refinement.
Partner closely with content creators, designers, and marketers to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned execution across campaigns and touchpoints.
Collaborate cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Marketing, Creative, SEO, and Product teams to brainstorm, ideate, and execute content that supports both brand equity and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with writing for retail or consumer luxury brands, or technical writing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to write both persuasive, sales-driven copy and creative, narrative-driven content.
SEO & AEO fluency: Best practices and curiosity for emerging tech, including being comfortable using AI responsibly to enhance writing, efficiency, and research without sacrificing creativity or brand voice.
Strong background writing concise, digestible, copy that captures attention quickly for ecommerce and marketing channels including website and product pages.
Precision, organization, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset- Interprets performance data, search insights, and audience behavior to inform ongoing optimization.
Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers and managers and direct interaction with internal and/or external customers. This position’s current work schedule consists of working from home on Monday’s and Friday’s and from the Helzberg office Tuesday – Thursday. Schedules are subject to change with advanced notice.
