About the Company We are a consumer health app that helps users find restaurants that cook without seed oils. We have a paid restaurant verification program with three subscription tiers, each with specific marketing deliverables.

The Opportunity You will own the end to end fulfillment of content and marketing deliverables owed to our restaurant partners based on their subscription tier. This means tracking what each partner is owed, coordinating with internal teams including content, design, and social to produce it, and ensuring timely delivery. No partner should ever have to chase us for deliverables.

A la carte upsells are also available, including city or state email blasts, push notifications, and Instagram stories. These require meticulous fulfillment tracking.

Day to Day Responsibilities Master Fulfillment Tracking Maintain a master tracker mapping each restaurant subscription through Stripe to their owed deliverables and completion status.

Content Coordination Work with the content team including the video editor and social manager to schedule and produce Instagram Reels, stories, and collaboration posts.

Marketing Scheduling Coordinate email blast and push notification scheduling with the marketing team.

Logistics Tracking Track onboarding box shipments including QR tents, stickers, and welcome materials.

Partner Communication Send proactive status updates to partners and manage communication threads, ensuring no email goes unanswered for more than 48 hours.

Internal Reporting Flag overdue deliverables to leadership before partners notice and pull basic app analytics such as listing taps and views for partner reports.

Onboarding Support Assist with onboarding new restaurant partners by collecting assets and scheduling content.

Requirements Project Management Experience, 2 plus years Proven ability tracking multiple concurrent deliverables across different teams.

Elite Communication Strong written English for direct interaction with restaurant owners and marketing directors.

Tracker Proficiency Highly proficient in Google Sheets, Notion, or similar project management software.

Proactive Spirit If something is late, you flag it before leadership or the client has to ask.

Detail Oriented Every partner has a specific set of deliverables, and you ensure none slip through the cracks.

Tech Savvy Familiarity with social media content production workflows including scheduling and approvals. Experience with Stripe, CRM systems, or subscription management is a major plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food industry

Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, Notion, Customer.io, or similar platforms

Work Hours US business hours overlap required with a minimum of four hours between 9 AM and 6 PM Central Time. Responsive communication is critical for this role.
