Responsibilities
Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
People‑oriented attitude
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Proactive problem‑solving abilities

Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation $13.00 – $15.00 per hour.

Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete all applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees; State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
