to join their growing organization. This position is a hybrid New York Metro-based role.
Salary range: $65,000-75,000

Marketing Coordinator, American Technion Society – New York Metro Region (Hybrid: 3 days week in person)

Your Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support Marketing and Finance through a mix of digital, administrative, and project‑based work. This is an excellent role for a proactive team player who enjoys managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications
Build and update article pages on ats.org
Produce email communications, including weekly newsletters
Manage public‑facing inboxes and respond professionally
Maintain content on the intranet
Support MarCom projects, including light writing and list management
Project & Program Support
Assist with webinars, meetings, and events
Prepare agendas and materials
Coordinate shipping and event logistics
Provide project management support across programs
Administrative Support
Process monthly credit card reconciliations and assist with bill processing
Support Finance team meetings and committee materials
Manage marketing materials inventory and shipments
Serve as backup to the NY Office Manager as needed
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Exceptionally detail orientated with strong organizational skills
Proven problem solver who can manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player who works well across departments
Proficiency with Monday.com or other similar project management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft office, website tools a plus
