ProSidian Seeks a Graphic Designer - Business Analysis and Training Support (Adobe) (AFRC5) to provide sector related solutions on behalf of the Space Force. This role is part of The ProSidian Sector Group and focuses on delivering high-impact training for individual reserve (IR) Airmen, government staff, and stakeholders.
JOB OVERVIEW As a Graphic Designer (Adobe) for ProSidian Consulting’s engagement with the Air Force Reserve, you will create visually engaging training content that empowers IR Airmen and other audiences to excel in war readiness and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Collaborate with the Engagement Team to translate training goals into compelling visual materials.
Design and develop a range of training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, and scenario‑based videos.
Create original illustrations, animations, and videos that communicate complex concepts clearly.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools to integrate visuals with text and audio.
Tailor content for distinct audiences: IR Airmen, government staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Work with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
Collaborate with technical and project‑management teams to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality materials on schedule.
Stay current on design trends, instructional‑design techniques, and e‑learning best practices.
Desired Qualifications
Proven graphic‑design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, visual materials, and multimedia content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of graphic‑design principles, visual communication, and user‑centered design.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills for interaction with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years professional graphic‑design experience, ideally creating training or educational content.
Prior experience working with government agencies, especially the Department of Defense or Air Force, a plus.
U.S. citizenship required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe applications.
Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) through the USG’s designated Security Office.
