We make informational videos, radio, literature, and other media that introduce our audience to the tentpoles of personal finance and promote financial literacy. Why Do We Need a Content Producer?
WorkMoney Media seeks a Content Producer and Brand to join its growing in‑house social team. This new team member will help build and maintain a robust social media presence for WorkMoney Media’s social accounts across all platforms — including video‑based platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and text‑based platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, LinkedIn, and Bluesky). Responsibilities
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Create engaging and informative daily personal finance social content Support content creation (graphics & video), including brainstorming ideas and helping manage projects from concept to completion Closely monitor current events to create relevant social content that aligns with WMM’s editorial priorities Create and maintain a regular social marketing calendar, promoting WMM’s suite of products (newsletters, web shows, book launches, etc.) Track and report on social KPIs Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have some of the following: Essential Qualifications
5+ years of experience in social content curation and creation. Some graphic design experience with programs like Canva (required for this role). Proven experience managing publishing workflows and analytics for platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and web CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, etc.). Strong analytical background with expertise in YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social metrics tools. Strong knowledge of best practices in social video publishing + editing. Experience posting and optimizing content across digital and social platforms. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Experience working in a start‑up or fast‑growing digital media company. Experience in digital media, production, entertainment, and/or film/TV/radio. Strong background in personal finance, news, or policy content creation. Experience collaborating with on‑camera talent or editorial voices. Video editing skills are not required but preferred. Passion for storytelling, operational excellence, and helping people make smarter money decisions.
