
Patel, Greene and Associates (PGA) is seeking a Marketing Manager. This position is available in our Tampa offices. The marketing manager is responsible for the implementation of PGA’s marketing (pursuit) plan. This professional will manage internal resources and databases and will be responsible for monitoring all active pursuit efforts. A strong knowledge of all aspects of the pursuit process and operations is required, as well as a clear understanding of the funding and procurement programs for PGA’s primary clients. What You’ll Do
Supervise, mentor, and support assigned marketing coordinators and other marketing staff, as appropriate Conduct comprehensive QC and/or QA reviews for pursuit deliverables Manage/monitor workload and task assignments for marketing coordinators Manage oversight of FDOT Consultant Acquisition Plans (CAPs), Planned Advertisements, and Municipal ad postings to ensure internal records and tracking are up to date. Review technical copy and edit for optimal quality and ease of understanding Manage firm’s subconsultant strategy for assigned regions/market sectors, including identifying potential teaming partners and facilitating or overseeing outreach Support CIP reviews for assigned regions/market sectors municipalities and incorporate into PGA’s capture plans Encourage “mining” of continuing services contracts Execute teaming arrangements and build relationships with marketing counterparts at teaming firms Review previous shortlist interview and presentation recordings for insight and competitive review Manage the health of the firm’s CRM system, ensuring that all Project/Pursuit, Firms, Contacts, and Activity records are reliable and up to date. Monitor or lead preparation of pursuit shortlist interviews and presentations Manage the firm’s boilerplate database Support the Marketing Group with any miscellaneous tasks, as necessary What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field Post-graduation experience of 8+ years Related experience may be considered instead of the required education What You’ll Bring
Excellent proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Excellent proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and potentially additionally Adobe products Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of personality types Ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage resources Demonstrates excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to firm deadlines, while delivering quality work Advanced knowledge of CRM database and ability to manage records Working Conditions
