
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department to maintain brand, voice, and presence in North Texas, with an emphasis on LGBTQIA+ communities. This hands‑on role helps turn strategy into action through campaign support, community outreach, content, and operational support.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Coordinate outreach and partnership efforts with Community Programs and external partners.
Maintain outreach/promotional materials inventory and preferred vendor/contractor lists.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and staff to move projects forward.
Support email builds/deployment (MailChimp), list management, and basic A/B testing.
Create, edit, schedule, and post social and short‑form video content.
Maintain digital asset library, assist with budget tracking, and handle administrative/project‑management tasks.
Collect and report campaign data and ROI; pursue professional development to stay current.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Excellent writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
Experience with MailChimp or similar email platforms and all major social media channels.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com); CRM experience a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Commitment to engaging respectfully and effectively with LGBTQIA+ communities.
