Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Create production-ready artwork for Digital printing (DTG / DTF)
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Screen printing
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Embroidery
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Prepare and separate files for screen printing (spot color separations, halftones, trapping, etc.)
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Digitize logos and artwork for embroidery using Wilcom
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Ensure proper file setup including resolution, color modes, vector formatting, and print specifications
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Create mockups and proofs for client approvals
Graphic Design & Prepress Production: Work closely with production staff to ensure artwork prints accurately and efficiently
Requirements
2+ years experience in the decorated apparel industry
Strong understanding of: Digital garment printing workflows
Screen printing production processes
Embroidery production and digitizing
Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)
Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop (advanced level)
Software Proficiency: Wilcom Embroidery Studio (digitizing and editing)
Technical Knowledge: Vector artwork creation and editing
Preferred
Experience with e-commerce website management
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Photography and/or short-form video editing skills
Experience running paid social media campaigns
