The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing projects and maintaining the systems that keep them on track. They will report directly to the Marketing Project Manager. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time and in alignment with business priorities. The Marketing Project Coordinator organizes project intake, builds timelines, assigns and tracks tasks in Wrike, and facilitates communication across teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. By providing consistent operational support, the Marketing Project Coordinator plays a critical role in protecting system stability, improving workflow efficiency, and enabling the marketing team to deliver high-quality work at scale.

Core Role Responsibilities

Manage the intake and organization of marketing project requests across multiple teams

Build and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met

Assign and track tasks across marketing and cross-functional stakeholders in Wrike

Maintain and update Wrike project spaces, workflows, tagging systems, and documentation

Monitor project progress, follow up on overdue or stalled tasks, and ensure accountability

Facilitate clear and timely communication between marketing and other departments to keep projects on track

Support onboarding and training for new team members in processes, workflows, and Wrike usage

Partner with department leads to ensure project priorities align with broader marketing objectives

Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership

Basic Qualifications

1-2 years in marketing coordination, project coordination, or operations

1-2 years’ experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred; Asana, Trello, or similar accepted)

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on a marketing or creative team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to clearly document processes and provide concise updates

Proven ability to follow through on tasks, maintain attention to detail, and uphold quality standards in fast-paced environments

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Familiarity with marketing operations workflows and cross-department collaboration

Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, process guides, or documentation

Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles and asset delivery processes

Proficiency in using dashboards or reporting tools to track project progress and performance

$60,000 - $65,000 a year
