Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the marketing staff. Analyzes and optimizes database and ensures database accuracy. Mines consumer database and coordinates mailings and contests. Updates and maintains website content. Ensures website coding accuracy and serves as the web partner liaison for website functionality. Assists in the design and creation of multi-media content and serves as graphic design support. Creates and edits multi-media content. Maintains library of branding, marketing, and communications content. Requirements

Associate's degree with an emphasis in marketing or sales and One (1) year of related experience in marketing or sales OR Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation Knowledge of general office procedures and standard clerical techniques and office equipment Ability to perform basic mathematical computations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Ability to operate a computer and its attendant software to access databases, compose correspondence, gather information, create electronic sales presentations, and compile reports Ability to proofread documents for spelling, punctuation, and grammar Ability to make decisions on the basis of policies, procedures, laws, and regulations and apply them to work problems Ability to work alone effectively and to motivate oneself with little supervision
