Retail Support Center (RSC ) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. Position Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Marketing Operations Coordinator

… to support our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities A typical day may include:

Assist with the GTM Marketing calendar. Create calendars, track deadlines, and communicate with cross functional teams on updates.

Develop monthly Marketing calendars working alongside Marketing and Buying teams to fill out content for tiered stories and fill out product briefs.

Assist with photo shoot scheduling, crew outreach, locations, call sheets, release forms, craft services, props, sample coordination and possible on set assistance as needed.

Responsible for scheduling merchants flat lay submissions, creating shot list and finding inspiration for monthly flat lay photo shoots. Serve as the point of contact with the flat lay studio vendor.

Manage weekly in-store promo signage requests and approvals. Review incoming requests and communicate any potential issues with the Visual team and the Buyer.

Oversee Wrike projects for in-store POP, construction, new stores and existing stores permanent graphic updates. Tracking progress, providing feedback on deliverables and problem solving for any potential issues that may affect deadlines.

Maintain budget details for photo shoots and outsourced print accounts.

Set up new vendors, track vendor invoices and input purchase orders for photo shoots, print projects and other Marketing projects.

Assist with outsourced print jobs including vendor relationships, making sure projects are on track and creating store distribution spreadsheets.

Responsible for organizing samples from photo shoots for pick up and inventory of photo shoot props.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.

High School Diploma required.

1-2 years of Marketing experience required.

Digital marketing experience preferred.

Corporate Retail and Branding experience preferred.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications required.

Adobe Photoshop preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Professional office setting with low to moderate noise

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs. and navigate stairs

Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments

Compensation Hourly Range:

$22 – $25/hr.

Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect Schedule:

Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.

Work Location:

Irvine, CA — minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
