Overview

This role will lead the website, social media, and digital marketing efforts for LobbyCRE.ai, leveraging tactics that increase brand awareness and traffic, drive lead capture and conversion, and fill the sales pipeline. The role will plan, execute, test, and report on growth initiatives across priority digital channels, with a strong emphasis on owning day-to-day execution and continuous optimization of our web presence and paid programs. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this position is responsible for website updates and optimization, social media execution, and digital advertising, as well as supporting demand generation through email marketing, SEO, and marketing analytics and reporting. These activities play a key role in stimulating interest and intent for our solutions, generating qualified leads, and ultimately driving revenue. This position requires an individual who enjoys a fast-paced learning environment, takes initiative and ownership of projects, and thrives on precise execution. Key Responsibilities: Website & Conversion Optimization (key priority)

Own ongoing website updates, including page creation, copy updates, layout improvements, and conversion optimization. Develop, test, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates at different stages of the sales funnel. Ensure website messaging, CTAs, and offers align with business priorities and active campaigns. Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and lead quality. Social Media Execution (key priority)

Manage and execute organic social media programs across priority platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Translate content, events, and announcements into effective social campaigns that support broader demand generation goals. Test formats, messaging, and posting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and downstream impact. Digital Advertising (key priority)

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other relevant platforms. Conceptualize, produce, and optimize ads with compelling copy, engaging graphics, and persuasive CTAs. Regularly test and expand campaigns, creative, ad groups, audience targeting, and keywords to improve performance and efficiency. Align paid advertising initiatives with campaigns across the marketing team, including content, events, and product initiatives. Demand Generation & Analytics (support role)

Apply digital marketing best practices to build and execute a repeatable playbook across priority channels. Develop a strong understanding of our brands, offerings, target audience, and messaging to drive high-impact lead generation. Create and execute a quarterly digital plan with prioritized initiatives, clear KPIs, and projected impact on traffic, leads, and pipeline. Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns against ROI and performance goals using data-driven insights. Measure, forecast, and report on performance across web, social, and paid channels, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Share insights and learnings from experiments and performance with key stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills

Experience generating demand at a growing B2B SaaS organization, with a proven track record of successes. Strong hands-on experience managing websites, social channels, and paid digital campaigns. Understanding of the lead generation, qualification, and nurture processes. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong creativity and design sensibility with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics and advertising platforms. Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to adapt to shifting business, with a proactive drive for learning and improvement. Education / Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience with website management, digital advertising, and social media marketing for B2B SaaS. 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS (CRE a plus). Hands-on experience making HTML-based website updates. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing automation, operations, & analytics tools.
