Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports business growth by assisting proposal development and coordinating marketing efforts. This role works closely with technical and business development teams to develop proposals and marketing materials, while maintaining resumes, project descriptions, and branding content.

Responsibilities

Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and scopes of work

Assist planning and scheduling marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished and deadlines are met

Develop and update social media

Assist with development of marketing and branding materials

Actively involved in professional and community organizations

Coordinate with Business Development team for business development goals and activities

Develop PowerPoints for internal and external interviews

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of marketing experience

Professional demeanor that enables the candidate to interact with the highest levels both inside and outside Salas O’Brien

Excellent organizational skills

Driven, hardworking, takes pride in their work

Persistent, able to follow through in a consistent manner and document efforts

Experience tracking efforts and meeting benchmarks

Microsoft Office Suite

Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
