Overview The Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of high‑quality visual materials that elevate the client’s brand and meet a wide range of client marketing and communication needs. This role contributes to design projects from concept through completion, assisting in the creation of compelling print and digital assets, marketing collateral, and internal communication tools. Working closely with Senior Designers and cross‑functional partners, the Graphic Designer produces layouts, templates, drafts, and prototypes that align with brand standards and client requirements. This position plays an important part in building and maintaining a world‑class brand identity across all touchpoints, while delivering timely, accurate, and creative solutions to support business objectives.

How you'll make an impact

Participates in various design projects from concept to completion for client fulfillment needs.

Assists in preparation and creation of engaging, high-quality graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.

Support the team with a wide range of needs, including digital and physical marketing collateral and internal communication tools.

Help us build and maintain a world‑class brand identity across all touchpoints, from building templates to large‑scale branding projects and events.

Produces drafts and prototypes under the guidance of Senior Designers.

Formats content provided in a layout and design to specifications to help meet clients’ needs.

Creates material based on client’s requirements in a timely manner.

May take on special design tasks.

About You Required:

Associate's Degree; Minimum 3 years related work experience.

Familiarity with current graphic design equipment, tools and techniques.

Highly Preferred:

Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Excellent problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Portfolio of previous design projects is a plus.

High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Ability to multitask effectively with competing priorities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team‑based environment.

Ability to react quickly to new information, opinion, and direction.
