Team Pepka is looking for a
Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator
to support clients, transactions, and day-to-day team operations. This role plays an important part in delivering a smooth, professional experience for our buyers and sellers while helping keep communication, coordination, and transaction details on track.
While this position includes some social media and marketing support, the primary focus is
client care, follow-up, and transaction support , not creative marketing alone.
This is a
full-time, in-office position
offering a strong salary, performance-based bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities.

This role supports
client relations, transaction coordination, and marketing support , working closely with agents, clients, and vendors.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients before, during, and after transactions to ensure a positive experience
Manage real estate transactions by helping manage documents, timelines, and follow-up
Manage transaction coordination related to closings, inspections, and vendor access
Maintain and update client records, transaction activity, and internal systems
Help execute post-closing follow-up, client care touchpoints, and testimonial requests
Coordinate closing-related social media posts, team marketing ads, and graphics from time to time
Support client appreciation efforts and team events (approximately 2–4 per year)
Provide general office and team support to help with overflow and keep daily operations running smoothly
