The Strata Group is a growing real estate team operating across five Florida markets — Orlando, Mount Dora, Jacksonville, Ocala, and Gainesville. We want someone who cares about what shows up in the feed and who genuinely wants to grow alongside a team that's growing. If you've spent time shooting listing photos and editing short-form video content, and you're hungry for consistent work, a team that trusts your eye, and the chance to leave your fingerprints on how a growing real estate brand looks, keep reading. WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE This is a full-time, in-field position. You will be the primary media person for The Strata Group — which means listing photography, listing video, short-form social content, and event coverage, all live with you. You will travel between our five Florida markets, sometimes on the same day, and you'll be expected to deliver consistent, high-quality work on a real estate team's timeline (which is fast). The benchmark for the video content side of this role is fast-paced, story-driven short-form video. The kind that stops a scroll, has purposeful text on screen, moves with rhythm, and makes someone feel something about a property or about the people behind a brand. This is not a remote position. You need to be comfortable being on-site at properties, at team events, and on the road between markets. A reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are required. Compensation

WHAT YOU'LL DO Listing Media (the core of the workload): Photograph residential listings across all markets; interiors, exteriors, detail shots, and twilight photography Produce short-form listing videos (vertical, Reels-style) that tell the story of the home and the lifestyle; fast-paced, text-on-screen, with purposeful edits Produce traditional horizontal walkthrough/cinematic videos for MLS and listing pages Brand & Social Content: Create short-form social content for The Strata Group brand of team events, behind-the-scenes moments, market updates, agent spotlights, and property teasers Ideate and execute content that performs: you understand what hooks work, what pacing works, what text placement and caption style drives engagement on Reels and TikTok Stay current on what's working in real estate social media content algorithm trends, format shifts, and what the top-performing accounts are doing Team Events: Attend and cover Strata Group team events, capture candid moments, team culture, milestones, and anything worth sharing Turn event footage into shareable content within a reasonable turnaround. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate directly with the listing and marketing team to schedule shoots, manage access, and set expectations for turnaround Maintain a simple but organized delivery system. Agents should know exactly where their files are and when to expect them Communicate proactively when weather, delays, or access issues affect a shoot Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're not looking for someone with decades of experience. We are looking for someone with genuine skill, a strong portfolio, and the drive to grow. The right person will have most of the following: A portfolio you're proud of 1–4 years of relevant experience:

(bonus if it’s in real estate media, brand content creation, event photography/video, or some combination. But, we care more about what you can show us than what your resume says.) Proficiency in photo and video editing:

You know how to make an image look right and a video feel right. An understanding of what performs on social media:

You understand pacing and hooks, and you've edited content that people actually watched to the end. Reliability and professionalism: you show up on time, you respond to messages, and you treat agents' listings with care. A valid Florida driver's license and your own reliable vehicle:

you will be traveling between our different service areas. A collaborative personality:

you'll be working closely with agents, some of whom are not easy to schedule. Patience, professionalism, and a no-drama attitude matter. Bonus (not required, but notable): Experience with Matterport or 3D tour platforms Experience creating content specifically for real estate agents or brokerages Familiarity with motion text or light graphic overlays Your own camera body that can produce professional-quality real estate imagery Compensation
