We’re hiring an Inside Sales Associate - Preview Enrollment Specialist to support live and virtual preview events for prospective students. This role sits at the intersection of sales, enrollment support, and follow-up outreach, helping ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and supported as they explore our educational programs. If you’re comfortable engaging with people, thrive in event-driven environments, and enjoy helping others take their next step; this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do Preview Event Support

Prepare classrooms and meeting spaces for live and virtual preview events

Set up technology for online “Connected Preview” participants

Greet attendees, manage check-in, and coordinate seating

Support presenters and ensure a smooth, welcoming event experience

Track attendance and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Assist interested prospects with enrollment using e-commerce tools or paper agreements

Update rosters and distribute daily event and attendance reports

Prospect Follow-Up

Follow up with attendees who expressed interest but did not enroll

Answer questions and provide additional program information

Log communications, notes, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce

Operational Support

Complete tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or Education Director

Ensure all responsibilities are completed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of consumer-facing sales experience (3–5 years preferred)

Background in enrollment events, education, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional, polished, and approachable presence

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred

High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred

Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
