The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and deepening strategic partnerships with a select group of OEM customers within the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment at Regal Rexnord. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role for a self‑directed, relationship‑driven professional who can engage confidently across all levels of an organization—from engineering to executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings the ability to build trust, uncover opportunities, influence cross‑functional collaboration, and deliver meaningful value that accelerates long‑term growth for both the customer and Regal Rexnord. This position is remote, central IL based.**Key Responsibilities:** **Required Skills & Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience 7+ years industry sales experience Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint Outlook & Teams)Ability to work independently and remotely **Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**Experience with CRM and forecasting tools Experience with concepts of 80/20 and Lean Management
