Inside Sales Producer

to join our

established, high-performing sales team

in Wilmington.

What You’ll Do

Work a consistent flow of new inbound personal lines opportunities

Quote, present, and bind home and auto coverage

Conduct strong discovery conversations to uncover needs and protection gaps

Communicate coverage clearly and confidently

Follow up with urgency and professionalism

Achieve defined activity and production goals

Contribute to a competitive, team-first sales environment

This is a

true production role

where performance drives income and advancement.

What We’re Looking For

Active North Carolina Property and Casualty license required

Strong phone presence with confidence in closing

Competitive drive, energy, and internal motivation

Coachable, disciplined, and organized in daily execution

Comfortable working in-office within a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000+

based on experience and production

Aggressive commission structure with strong earning upside
